Things to Remember

  • Age Group: Best for kids aged 4 and above, teens and adults. Younger children can join with a parent's help.
  • Kit Count: Tell us your guest count early so we bring enough clay kits.
  • Space Needed: Provide one or two tables of about 6 ft x 3 ft with six to eight chairs, away from the cake table.
  • Indoor Spot Preferred: An indoor or shaded area keeps clay soft and easy to shape. Direct sun dries it too fast.
  • Table Protection: We cover the tables, but avoid using expensive linen at the clay station.
  • Clothes: Clay can leave marks on clothes. Light aprons can be provided or guests can wear play clothes.
  • Drying Time: Air-dry clay models need several hours at home to harden fully.
  • Hand Washing: Keep a wash area or wet wipes nearby for guests to clean up after modeling.
  • Theme Designs: Share your party theme in advance so the artist can plan matching models.
  • Reporting Time: The artist arrives 20 to 30 minutes early for set-up. Share lift, gate or venue permissions in advance.
