Things to Remember

  • Space Needed: Allow clear space in front of the screen for the projector and a sightline for guests. Share your venue layout and we'll plan the position.
  • Power Supply: Keep a power point near the projector position.
  • Indoor or Covered Spot: The projector and screen should stay dry and away from strong wind.
  • Your Content: Have your slideshow, video or presentation ready on a laptop or pen drive, downloaded for offline play.
  • Test Before Guests Arrive: Share your file early so we can check it plays correctly on the projector.
  • Sound: The projector has no event-level speakers. Add a PA Sound System for videos with audio.
  • Live Streams: For live matches or streams, a stable internet connection is needed at the venue.
  • Daytime Outdoor Use: Projectors don't show clearly in daylight outdoors. Plan outdoor screenings for after sunset.
  • Reporting Time: Our team arrives 30 to 45 minutes early to set up and test the picture.
